All items are guaranteed to arrive as described in the listing. You have 30 days to notify us if there are any issues. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, we will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the cell phone is compatible with the service provider. Cell Phones can not be exchanged or returned due to service incompatibility.

We ship Monday through Friday. We use the United State Postal Service for all purchases, unless otherwise arranged. All items are shipped out within 2 business days. If an item can not be shipped out within 2 business days we will notify the buyer of the estimated shipping time. We do not assume responsibility for the amount of time that USPS takes to deliver the package after it has left our facility. It generally takes USPS 3 - 5 business days to deliver a package. We do everything to ensure that your package arrives as safely and quickly as possible.
